Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
NOTE: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us on the day of the delivery. Please provide some photos and we will provide instructions for return.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) working days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Note: The original shipping costs and parcel protection costs are not refundable.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
● Items with any signs of wear, items without tags, items where the red security tag has been removed.
Please Note
● Please put a note inside the parcel with your details and order number. Also, please include if you wish to get a refund or exchange.
● For international returns we use a third-party return system so that we can provide a cheaper alternative for returns, instead of shipping the item back directly to the Czech Republic, but please note that the return will be processed only after it has been received in the Czech Republic. In some cases, the return timeframe for these returns is longer, as it will depend on the third-party carriers when the parcels will be delivered to our office in the Czech Republic. After you process the return on our portal, you will be provided with a link to track the return journey. For any questions or updates during the journey, please contact us.
